Project Manager with German and English
ManagementWe are currently looking for a Project Manager with advanced German and English language skills (at least B2/C1) who will be responsible for managing the projects, requirements engineering, and product development for our clients in the DACH as well as US region. We expect hands-on experience in IT project management, as well as creativity in proposing innovative solutions and development opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing IT projects and preparing client proposals – planning and executing project scope, budget, and quality
- Organizing and conducting requirement analysis sessions with clients, including meetings and Product Discovery workshops
- Collaborating with clients at every stage of project execution: from needs analysis through solution concept creation to implementation
- Preparing project documentation (Solution Concepts, Statements of Work)
- Coordinating the development team’s activities and maintaining ongoing communication between clients and technical teams
- Managing project risk, schedules, and monitoring project progress
- Stakeholder Management
- Reporting project outcomes to clients and management
Requirements:
- Fluent proficiency in German and English enabling effective business communication and handling of project documentation
- Experience in managing IT projects, with good understanding of IT technologies, facilitating effective communication with clients and development teams (technical experience is a plus, but not a must)
- Project risk and dependency management skills
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
- Effective time and priority management skills
- Creativity and drive for innovation
- Willingness to travel and flexibility for occasional client visits
- Nice to have: knowledge of Product Discovery methodologies
