Throughout our history, we have helped over 60 customers from various countries to implement their IT projects. Our partners value cooperation with us primarily for our professional approach, high competence and direct relationships based on mutual trust.
2004-2016
/ Polish publishing and education market
During the first decade of our activity, we dealt with the provision of dedicated software for the Polish education and publishing market. Thanks to the high quality of services and a great understanding of our customers' needs, we have quickly become unprecedented market leaders. Later, we decided to use our extensive experience gained over the years and expand our business to the European market.
2016-present
/ Nearshoring - DACH countries
For several years we have been focusing primarily on Nearshoring, successfully implementing various IT projects for foreign customers, mainly from Germany (92% of all customers). Year by year, gaining more and more experience in this model of work, we have become real experts in providing dedicated IT teams.
2019-present
/ VM.PL Acadamy
We have recently started a completely new additional activity in our company. We have established a separate unit whose goal is to train our current and future employees. This applies primarily to teaching, both language and technical, skills and work standards, which are particularly appreciated by our customers. For example, since 2019, we have been constantly running open German language courses for people working in the IT industry. In addition, we actively organise and sponsor industry meetups and conferences. We also often conduct closed trainings and workshops for our customers' employees.
2020-present
/ VM.PL Consulting
Many years of experience in working with various customers have developed in us the ability to more accurately identify what needs to be changed in the projects being developed. Thanks to this, we can support our customers in a much wider IT scope. Currently, our services are more comprehensive and complement one another. In addition to the implementation of standard project tasks, we actively support our partners, e.g. in the technological improvement of their products or increasing their availability.
Dynamic development
Successful activities in the European market (nearly 95% efficiency in project implementation) have allowed our company to grow at a rapid pace. Over the last 3 years, we have recorded an increase in development by as much as 450! % while maintaining a very good reputation among our customers. Our NPS is 64 points, which puts us in the leading group in this area. Such results give us great satisfaction and, above all, allow us to continue the path we have chosen.

/ Methodology of our work
Agile software development
When implementing projects for our customers, we use agile working methodologies.
This is even a necessity now with such rapidly changing external conditions. Plans made yesterday may already be out of date today. Depending on the type of project and business specifics, we choose such Agile items which will bring benefits to the project and business needs.
We do not use Agile by the book, because we believe that clinging to the guidelines of one methodology may deter from, and not improve the quality of the software produced. However, we are determined to adhere to the principles developed together and which we believe to be successful.

Attention to quality
In our work, we also pay special attention to the quality of the code.
Our regular practice is the creation of automated tests and cooperation between specialists in the field of Quality Assurance and our teams.
Integrated Management System Policy and the company’s goals
In order to ensure the appropriate data safety and high process quality, VM.PL utilizes an Integrated Management System conforming to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2017.
The overriding goal of the VM.PL Company’s operation is to design and create dedicated software.
In order for the offered services to meet requirements to a maximum extent, the company implements its policy via:
- orientation at solving our customers’ problems,
- continuous improvement and development of all aspects of our business activity,
- maintenance, efficient operation, and improvement of the management system conforming to standards ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001,
- ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, as well as the introduction of safeguards related to information safety,
- meeting legal and other requirements.
In order to implement this policy, the company:
- regularly formulates measurable goals, subjecting them to systematic monitoring using specified indicators,
- strives to optimize the defined processes via continuous development,
- performs internal audits and management audits,
- monitors its safeguards related to information safety,
- supports its employees in activities conforming to the Management System.
The company’s goals are to:
- reduce the risk related to information safety,
- expand the market by meeting the customers’ requirements regarding information safety and processes required by potential customers,
- increasing the Customers’ satisfaction,
- increasing the employees’ satisfaction.
The Management Board of VM. PL sp. z o. o. declares that all employees are aware of policy content, and thus identify with the objectives of the company and respect the assumptions of the Management System.
Where possible and justified, we perform the following tests:
