You will support and manage smaller clients, collaborate with project teams, and gradually take on more responsibilities – from monitoring satisfaction and co-organising meetings to helping create client development plans and supporting teams in achieving their project goals.In more complex projects and challenges, you’ll work side by side with experienced CSMs and learn by doing. Your responsibilities will include:• Supporting experienced CSMs in operational tasks (preparing materials, meeting notes, summaries) and administrative ones (reports, invoicing)• Participating in team-related activities in projects (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, project meetings, organising workflows or team integrations)• Managing smaller clients in collaboration with project teams (PL/EN/DE)• Cooperating with the finance team on service invoicing, contract updates and formal data• Helping prepare Account Plans and offers for clients• Identifying basic risks and escalating them for further analysis• Eventually: building relationships with clients – joining meetings, maintaining regular contact, monitoring client satisfaction and team atmosphere• Other tasks and projects supporting the Delivery team We are looking for someone who: • Has a university degree – preferably in a technical or business-related field• Has strong ambitions to grow in a B2B client-facing role – or has already gained some initial experience in it• Has communicative Polish language skills (min. B1) – you don’t have to speak fluently, but you should be able to navigate day-to-day team communication• Has very good command of English and German (min.
