The year 2025 was a time of dynamic changes, strategic decisions, and consistent effort at VM.PL to strengthen the company’s position as a technology partner in Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, and factory solutions. This year was defined by a refined strategy — we consciously chose two core directions: factories (production, systems integration) and artificial intelligence (AI). Focusing on these areas allowed us to significantly accelerate growth, deliver high business‑value projects, and build our reputation as experts in selected niches.
In 2025 we focused on four main pillars:

In 2025 VM.PL reached an important milestone: the company was certified as a SHOPGRID® integrator. This certification confirms our competencies in integrating shopfloor‑to‑enterprise solutions that enable full synchronization of production data with business systems.
International market presence:

In 2025, we took actions to align VM.PL’s processes with TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) standards. These actions included:
These efforts build trust with clients in sectors where information security is critical (e.g., automotive, life sciences, high‑requirement manufacturing).

OPC Gateway – product for Industry 4.0
This is our flagship solution that simplifies integration of machines and production equipment with IT/OT systems.

AI in Practice
In 2025 we also launched an AI Chat on the VM.PL website — a tool that provides clients and partners with quick access to information about our services and first‑level technical and business support 24/7. This supports our strategy of building experiences based on intelligent automation and interactive support.
On our blog, we share insights from the AI Chat implementation — we prepared a practical set of tips that are useful not only for designing website chatbots but also for creating other AI agents.
In 2025 we also developed Herodotus — a proprietary AI solution for industry designed to support maintenance departments. The system uses a Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) approach to deliver instant access to knowledge — documentation, failure history, and procedures — in response to natural language queries.
Read more about how Herodotus works and implementation results in a dedicated blog post.
In 2025 we were active participants in key technology and AI events, which allowed us to showcase our competencies, form relationships, and gain insights into industry trends.

The year 2025 was also a time of extensive travel and face‑to‑face meetings with clients. Our sales, technical, and consulting teams visited over 25 cities in Europe and 4 cities in the United States, building relationships, leading workshops, delivering implementations, and presenting our technology expertise. Among the visited cities were:
At many of these locations:
These travels helped us better understand the needs of local markets, build deeper relationships, and tailor VM.PL’s offerings to specific challenges. Direct, in‑market client engagement is not just an added value — it’s the foundation of our partnership strategy.

The year 2025 brought significant development of TalentPool — our proprietary system for managing competencies. This tool was built for companies that want to consciously grow their teams, better plan resources, and eliminate informational chaos in HR, sales, and delivery.
TalentPool centralizes data about skills, experience, and employee potential, supporting organizations in building strong interdisciplinary teams. In 2025, the application underwent multiple updates, extensions, and real‑world condition testing.
Within our company, TalentPool plays a key role in HR and L&D processes. It helps us:

A significant part of internal initiatives was the AI Guild — a community for AI knowledge exchange that organized over 20 meetings covering:
Meetings were conducted, recorded, and archived, building a lasting internal knowledge base.
As part of soft‑skill development, we organized a dedicated session called “Manage Like a CEO,” focused on productivity best practices and effective self‑management at work. This soft‑skills training for developers received strong engagement and complemented the AI Guild’s technical initiatives — showing that effective team development also encompasses organizational and mental skills.

We also held an Event Storming – Design Level Workshop, focused on the technical aspects of the methodology. This session deepened developers’ practical competencies and supported team‑based architectural design using domain‑driven approaches.
In 2025, we tested and employed Augmented Reality (AR) technologies — including AR glasses as tools to support industrial service and diagnostics work.

In 2025 there were many opportunities for team bonding:
International Women’s Day – workshop on cosmetic DIY.

21st Anniversary of VM.PL – office celebration with cake.

VM.PL Picnic – family day full of activities.

Breakfast for International Men’s Day – informal team gathering.

Santa Claus event for employees’ children – holiday fun and activities.

Company Christmas gathering – year‑end celebration together.

In 2025, we became involved in the “Secret Garden” project—cleanup and planting activities carried out in the recreational area of the oncology hospital in Wrocław. Thanks to the engagement of VMers and the company’s support:
This is a real change in the local community and evidence that technology and social engagement can go hand in hand.
The year 2025 was a year full of challenges and achievements for VM.PL. Focusing on factories and AI as strategic areas produced measurable results: certifications, international partnerships, strong presence at key events, development of team skills, and new innovative products.
We thank all team members, partners, and clients for their trust and collaboration. Because of you, this year was rich in accomplishments!
We are already looking toward 2026 — with new initiatives, even bolder goals, and even greater commitment to future technologies.
